Raised in Elaine, Arkansas, Tyesha has returned to her hometown committed to make a difference. Initially contested in the race to become the town’s City Clerk, she is now the lone candidate in the race due to her contender not being eligible to run. Williams has plans to bring more transparency to the position and city business.
