Monticello, Arkansas was the setting for an interactive training for community members from Delight, Eudora, Leslie, and Dermott as well as RCA staff. Garland Yates from Washington D.C. led the training, adding a seasoned perspective from his many years in helping communities organize themselves to reach common goals.
